Memento Stats
Stats are ranked on a 1-100% scale, rounded to the nearest 5%. 30% is the stat of an average adult human. 50% is someone with basic training (ie someone who exercises often could have 50% strength). 60-70% is notable skill, getting to the point of abnormality. 80% passes human range. 100% is god-level. When it comes to "preternatural" skills, however, the average human is closer to 20%.

Stat Definitions
- Strength: how physical strong a character is, generally measured by how much they can lift or carry
- Dexterity: physical dexterity, used for agility, acrobatics, hand-eye coordiation, balance, and manual dexterity
- Endurance: combination of DND's constitution and WoD's stamina, involved in "HP" count and how long a character can last before needing rest
- Intelligence: exactly what it says on the tin
- Wits: aka "wisdom," having to do with street smarts, general logic used in day to day situations
- Resolve: emotional strength and drive, mental version of endurance
- Charisma: also called "presence" in WoD, how a effective a character is at interacting with an affecting others, how much presence they have/how memorable they are -- how much an impact they leave
- Manipulation: involves character's level of observance and skill at social maneuvering, guiding others
- Composure: how well a character can keep themselves together in front of others
- Preternatural: how much inhuman power someone has--most supernatural creatures will have higher than 70% while normal humans only possess 20% -- 100% indicates a level of understanding of and power over an aspect of the supernatural that is equivalent to a godlike entity
