Inari Shrines
Inari:
Benihime Inari Shrine: A small shrine to the fox kami Benihime, located in southeastern Tokyo, near Asakusa. The shrine was founded in the Taishou era and Benihime Inari gained a following by granting small wishes and protecting children during air raids on the city in World War II. These same children now bring their families to the shrine to pray for luck and safety. The shrine is currently managed by the Hachikuji family who inherited it from their mother.
Benihime Inari 紅姫 稲荷
Name meaning: "red princess," "fox spirit"
Age: ~150
Specialty: kitsune magic (illusions, barriers, luck spells), five tails
Alignment: Neutral Good
A benevolent kitsune who answers prayers with small amounts of supernatural protection and luck. She was born in the Meiji Era and earned most of her tails during the early Showa Era when she protected children who lived near the shrine from air raids during the second World War. These children still patronize her shrine, now bringing their own children and grandchildren.

Nanami Minami 七海 美波
Name Meaning: "seven seas," "beautiful waves" - Songs: Idoliza [Luschka]
Created from the corpse of a seagull, Minami has aspirations of idolhood. She can sing and dance and she's cutthroat when it comes to being in the spotlight. She has just as much bloodlust as her cohost, if not more. Her "tell" is that her laugh sounds like a seagull cry.
Ryuuzaki Kengo 龍崎 ケンゴ
Name Meaning: "dragon cape/shore," phonetic spelling of the name "Kengo"
Created from the corpse of a lizard, Ryuuzaki slipped right into his role as a host of the dangerous variety show Itsumademo MIDNIGHT SESSION. He represents the worst, sleaziest part of the world of showbiz. He's loud and intentionally abrasive, has a habit of throwing slang and English words into his fast-paced speech. His "tell" is his eyes, yellow with slit pupils, which he usually hides behind sunglasses.
Residents of YOMI 黄泉
Yomi is the land of the dead in Shinto mythology. Unlike in many other religions and mythologies, it is a dark and unpleasant place, presided over by the kami Izanami.
Izanami-no-Mikoto 伊奘冉の尊

- Classification: shiryou, kami (death, underworld)

- Age:
One of the first two kami that created Japan, along with her husband Izanagi. She died when giving birth to Kagutsuchi, kami of fire, which is the origin of the full-body burns she still has today. In death, she is the ruler of Yomi, the gloomy underworld of Shinto mythos.
