Relationships

Parents: His parents are used to his bad personality and openly accept it. Since he got a good job, started making lots of money, and moved out earlier than his brothers, they're both pretty impressed. Amicable but distant relationship. Takuto has said he doesn't want any money from them when they die because he's not broke like his younger brothers so he doesn't need it.
Takara Haruto: Takuto doesn't dislike either of his brothers, but he doesn't care much for them, either. He has a habit of putting down both of them because he doesn't respect their lifestyles. Haruto generally doesn't react much and tries to keep the peace between them, but the few times he has snapped, it's kept Takuto quiet for a while after. Takuto tolerates Haruto more than he tolerates Tasuku.
Takara Tasuku: They don't get along because Tasuku cares more about helping other people than making money and can't stand Takuto's callousness. Takuto is likewise constantly annoyed by Tasuku's presence.
Hachikuji Shigoro: Shigoro started following him around when they were kids and studying different supernatural disciplines together and didn't stop. Shigoro is useful and makes Takuto laugh, so he gets to stay. There have been a few times when Takuto has suspected Shigoro has a crush on him, but couldn't prove it for sure and if Shigoro didn't have the guts to say anything, he wasn't going to call him out. After Shigoro graduated high school, they started to travel to study shuugendou and upon returning to Tokyo, became business partners and roommates.
